Cello Classes
NEW BEGINNER PREP CLASS: Saturdays at 10:30-11:15am $270/term This class is for beginning students who have never played the cello before. It is a very important stage for students and the practicing parent to learn to work together, as well as laying the foundation for setting up proper technique completely before playing songs. This includes clapping basic rhythms, sitting properly with good posture, and the fundamentals of handling the instrument using pretend instruments. When students have developed the necessary physical, musical and social skills, they will progress to individual instruction, complemented by performance group classes.
TERM 2 BOOK 1 CLASS: Saturdays at 10.25-11.15am $280/term/ Prep class students continue their classes with a combination of private lessons and group class.
BOOK 2/3: Saturdays at 9:40am $255/term This class is for students learning Suzuki Book 2 and 3.
